I believe learning to live well is essential to our daily lives.
I understand the frustration of wanting to feel healthier and happier… and not knowing how to get there.
Through my own health challenges, I learned to look beyond conventional approaches.
The power of nutrition and integrative lifestyle therapies has been one of my biggest discoveries.
I was inspired to be professionally trained and certified so I could learn more about living well and help other women.
My focus turned to making small, significant, and sustainable changes to what I eat and how I live on a daily basis. I overcame my health challenges. Now I’m “allways” living well.
My approach to living well
My mission as a Certified Health Coach is to bridge the gap between conventional medicine (i.e. doctors & psychiatrists) and alternative health care (i.e. acupuncturist, nutritionist, gym instructor).
Every woman is different, and what determines how you live well is up to you!
Instead of prescribing how to live well, I support you to discover what works for you.
My clients learn how to listen to themselves so they can take action – a skill that will last a lifetime.
My program guides and supports my clients to make small, significant, and sustainable changes to daily living.
These women are able to shift into a healthier more empowered life as a woman.
And allways live well.
